I practise Naturopathic Nutrition in the UK, remotely, and in Cape Town where I currently spend most of my time with my hubby and two children.
Working one-on-one with clients allows individuals to create wholesome habits and optimal wellness. 
I strive to help people achieve long term vitality through naturopathy, herbs, nutrition, exercise, stress resilience and other complementary therapies on a case by case basis.

Meet Diana Hall

Eating well and incorporating positive lifestyle habits isn’t about deprivation, aggressively & mindlessly grunting in the gym doing something you don't want to do, or endlessly counting calories. It’s a way of life which allows us to thrive, feel energised and most importantly be happy. Often, when our bodies function optimally, our skin looks and feels healthy and our muscles & bones don't creak (thatttt much), we give little thought to what we put in it, what we put it through and how we look after ourselves. That's to say we take our health for granted, but when things are out of whack it can wreak havoc on our mental, physical and emotional health - and that's where spending time with a therapist can be game-changing. 

As a nutritional therapist of seven years I have developed an armoury of tools to assist clients. Over time, small changes in our diet and lifestyle can become learned routines, resulting in better mitochondrial health, improved sleep, healthier skin and a more diverse and efficient gut. I am crazy about home cooked food, with diversity at the core, and a unique tailor made plan, according to intolerances, allergies and personal dietary preference. Cooking from scratch takes time, but planning ahead and batch preparation can be revolutionary to life...

Plus we could probably all spend a little less time in the world of cyber and a little more time getting familiar with the likes of fibre!
